Aromatherapy and Reiki Healing

Private Sessions: Join Catherine Carver and Sandy Sferrazza for an Aromatherapy and Reiki Healing session. The session will begin with a 30 minute Aromatherapy Reading in which you select scents that correspond with your internal need, discuss the process and correlation between your inner need and the essences, then we will make your fragrance for you. Following that you will lay on a comfortable massage table and experience a 30 minute Reiki Healing Session.

This will be a very special and personal hour for you. As a result, we are offering only 5 sessions. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

Book your appointment on August 4th between the hours of 10am – 5:30pm. The cost for the Session is $70. Your $20 deposit will be subtracted from the total. To see available times and pay your deposit, click here.

Reiki Information Session

What is Reiki? REIKI is a Japanese word that means universal life energy or force. It is the power which flows through everything and is the essence of all matter.

If you are interested in learning more about Reiki, join us at Breathing Space July 14th, 12 noon for a 1-hour information session. You will be able to sign up for our Reiki I class being held on July 21st, which will teach you how to use Reiki for self healing and how to use this life force to help others ignite their inner healing.

For more information, contact Catherine Carver at 919.836.0445 or Sandy Sferrazza at 919.649.6829. Both Catherine and Sandy are Master Level Reiki III attuned practitioners. They currently have Reiki and Aromatherapy sessions at Breathing Space every quarter and will be hosting open Reiki in the coming weeks.

Chen-style Tai Chi

Every Monday night 6:30-7:30pm and Saturday at 9-10am. Suggested donation $12.

Tai Chi is meditative movement bringing a sense of well being and calm. Beautiful to watch, but more beautiful to experience the movement itself.

George Adler learned Chen-style Tai Chi in the 1980s in Ann Arbor, Michigan from the Taoist Tai Chi master Lee Tang-Kok. Lee lives in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia. George has continued practicing, studying, and teaching Chen style off and on for the past 30 years.
